Radsafe,
 
     News item on NBC National News about the drought  in California and 
possibly western USA.  California drought is into it 4th  year.  I expect, 
based on limited data, that the drought will go on another  10 years.
Conserve water.  Snowpack in mountains around/in California is rather  low 
and reservoirs are low.
 
     California probably needs to build some  desalination facilities to 
support agriculture????
 
     Drought is in Texas also.
