Just another example of the non-science-based LNT and some of its unintended consequences.  This ruling is little different than some of the similar cases in the U.S. (like the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act ..... This unique statute was designed to serve as an expeditious, low-cost alternative to litigation (no science)).
