Hi,
All the same, I have come across some discrepancies between exempt levels between Canada and other countries. For example:
• Cs-137 is 10 kBq (0,27 µCi) in Canada but 10 µCi in the US
• Silicon-32 is 10 kBq (0,27 µCi) in Canada, but 1 µCi in the US, and 1 MBq (27 µCi) in France

Objet : [ RadSafe ] Carbon-14 Exemption Level

Classification: Saudi Aramco Company General Use Looking for a bit of clarification, whilst searching for the exemption level for a C-14 source I found some conflicting numbers.

NRC:10 CFR Solid & Liquid: 8 x 10-3µCi (4.63MBq)
IAEA: GSR Part 3: 1 x 107Bq (270µCi)
Euratom BSS COM (2011) 1 Bg g-1 (27pCi g-1)

??? Am I missing something here???
