      According to various news reports, North  Korea is launching ICBM's 
via submarines these days.  Such a submarine  could sit off the East, West or 
South coasts of the USA and possibly deliver  such a missile towards one or 
more of our major cities.  Not good.   Hope some sort of missile defense 
system is in place.
 
      I guess the USA's response would be to level  North Korea with 20 to 
200 or more nuclear devices.  Not much of North  Korea would be left.
