If you want to do it the old fashioned way, you can just send an email
to radsafe-request at health.phys.iit.edu
with the words
set delivery off
leave everything blank except for those 3 words.
When you are ready to resume just send
set delivery on
to the same email: radsafe-request at health.phys.iit.edu
