Both are available via the HPS Members / Publications access links.

The articles do not provide permeation rates but are qualitatively 
informative on mechanisms by which personnel have become contaminated 
through anti-c clothing and the challenges of preventing personnel 
contamination from and through anti-c clothing.

I'm looking for particulate penetration test data for cotton and nylon 
anti-Contamination clothing.  I have located some good information on 
disposable clothing, e.g, Tyvek, but nothing for cotton and nylon.
