Thanks Stewart .. I would think the The Daesh would also know this. Unlike
here in the States. Extremist are well integrated into all faucets of Euro
society. It's not a question of whether they can physically steal material
from a reactor. It's whether they can penetrate a vital area? Remember, The
Daesh are not your typical ideological driven revolutionaries. They are for
the most part a well trained and well equipped military.

I'm somewhat concerned when I see IAEA raising flags.
