"Pay Grade 16 (MIN-MID) $42,646.56 - $56,495.52 yearly at 37.5 hour work week OR $45,489.60 - $60,261.84 yearly at 40 hour work week."

"Special Entrance Rate Salary: $4,442.00 at 37.5 hours per week OR $4,738.24 at 40 hoursper week."
If I am not mistaking, the annual rate does not match the weekly rate.
