Re: MSC Nickel Recycle story to be on CBS
Susan,
I did not catch the CBS news last night. But, the CBS web page says that the show on recycling will be broadcast tonight (Tuesday) . I quote:
"On Tuesday's CBS EVENING NEWS, we'll take a look at
an unusual government plan to get rid of nuclear waste. It's a
recycling program that takes discarded radioactive metals
and makes them into eating utensils. Needless to say it's
stirred up some controversy and we'll tell you about it
tomorrow."

On a different subject, I was told that there will be a report on CBS
News tonight at 6:30 (EST) about Manufacturing Sciences Corporation and
Oak Ridge Operations. For those not following this thread, MSC is the
company which received the state permit to release volumetrically
contaminated nickel.
