Brown University should be commended

Instead of calling for citing the university, Brown and their rad 
protection staff should be commended. The fact is, their procedures, 
requiring routine monitoring of areas and RM users, DID in fact find 
the contamination, and led to the apprehension of the true culprit, 
the man who poisoned his colleague.
