RE: Apology for a mistake (Man Sentenced in radioactive Poisoning
This seems to be wandering off-topic a bit.
But for some clarity, here is a link to a site that has a detailed
discussion of the Mc Donald's Coffee Case.
http://caoc.com/facts.htm
Mr. Merkel is correct; it is a different case.
BTW, are all the facts known to us here on RADSAFE about the *radioactive
poisoning case* (a hyperbole no matter how you slice it).

Hi all,
Sorry to barge in here and stir the pot a bit, but I have to agree with
John.
This country has gotten so far off the path of taking ownership for their
wrong doings and placing blame in every direction other than where it should
be, on themselves. If this dude spikes the girls fruit punch, twinkie or
whatever with iodine he stole, how in the world can you people possibly
start
pointing fingers at anyone other than him.
I know this is a bit different case, but it reminds me of the story of the
woman who just purchased some coffee from McD's, spills it on herself and
turns around and blames McD's saying the coffee was too hot. The funny part
is, she wins her freakin' case. What is going on?!! I don't know where she
comes from, but coffee is always hot where I am from.
Okay, enough.
