Mr. Turner,

I am unaware of any facility in the northeast that will permit the disposal 
of radioactive materials of any sort.  New York, PA, NJ, MA, RI all have 
prohibitive or extremely restrictive state regulations that limit the 
disposal of NORM.  I would look at some of the facilities in the west.
