I suspect that the term used was correctly stated, in today's 
regulatory arena. I suspect that the dose was in fact, a 50 year 
committed dose. I say this in that it is one of the contentions in 
the lawsuit, and I rather suspect that the plantiff's attorneys would 
bot be basing this exposure compared to natural background or site 
administrative limits.

Perhaps we'll see some quantification at some point. That issue 
wasn't the primary focus of the segment. The primary focus was that 
discrimination was the rule as to whom was exposed to higher levels 
of radiation, and, that the workers did not have a choice in where 
they worked, after having been exposed to these higher levels.
