Note:  This applies where the shipment was an "exclusive use shipment," as defined in 49 CFR 173.403(i).  If it was not an exclusive use shipment, and made by a common or contract carrier, then the regulations do not require a survey of the truck after transport.  If the shipment was made by a private carrier, then that private carrier must have a specific license to possess the material, and would have to comply with 10 CFR 20, or equivalent Agreement State regulations.
