Dear Colleagues

Steve Wing has been reported on the BBC recently.  He is 
criticising the use of the Japanese bomb survivor data for radiation 
risk estimation.  His statements are said to come from an article in 
a new journal referred to with a title - 'New Solutions'.  Does anyone 
have any information on this journal and on the article being cited?
