DAC Values and Chemical Toxicity

No ALI/DAC values are based on chemical toxicity!  Referring to ICRP 30, Section
9.6:

"The values of ALI given in this report and in the collected dosimetric data
given in the Supplement relate solely to limitations on the radiation doses
received by organs and tissues of the body and not to chemical toxicity."

This includes the isotopes of plutonium.
