Response to INS Court Decision
I have the judge's decision in a file that was created with Adobe Photoshop
... and converted to Word 97. However, the file generated is over 600 KB in
size (only 15 pages), which is larger than the size-threshold (about 65 KB)
of messages that may be sent to RadSafe.
Any recommendations out there on where & how I may paste this file onto a
readily accessible health physics website? Please respond to me directly,
and I'll notify Radsafe of where they may access the file. Thanks.

I understand that the "decision" was given to a VA Hospital RSO who plans to
make the decision available on radsafe in the
very near future. The judgement has not been finalized yet and will not be
available for a few to several weeks.

Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the decision? I'd love to read
it. The problem of municipalities dabbling in
radiation regulation is common here in New York as well.
