I think I calculated that you would need to eat a few hundred kg/y of mushrooms to reach 100 mrem limit. Fish from the Dnieper would be the next worst (Sr-90).

I've been there for work. I found the area beautiful; filled with parks,
the river, and a lot of historical sites. Water and fresh fruits and
veggies shipped from Germany can be bought from vendors. There were
warnings about eating mushrooms while I was there. Otherwise, we didn't do
anything special while visiting.
