How often is that material disseminated? Is a system in place to ensure
that the materials are given to people who move into an EPZ sometime
after the plant has started operating? (I suppose I'll find this out as
next month I'll be moving to a town just inside the Seabrook EPZ.) If
there is such a system, is it standardized in NRC regs or might it vary
site by site? Is it the responsibility of the utility or local
officials?
