I've been reading Dick Toohey's "Notes from Chiba" on the criticality
accident.  There is a URL listed in his paper of
www.sta.go.jp/genan/jco/jco-e.html .   Unfortunately, my browser is
returning an error message with this site of not being able to connect to
the server.  Does anyone recognize the site address and can help redirect me
to an updated site?  Is this the same JCO site that was taken down due to
hackers?
