RSPA Proposed Rule Making for Transportation

There is a new Transportation Advance notice of proposed rulemaking.

The close date for comments in 03/29/2000.  There are several changes
proposed, from going to different proper shipping names, to a new type
package (Type C package for air transport).  I think this deserves some
review and comment by the shippers at large.

The proposal was published in the December 28, 1999 Federal Register on
beginning on page 72633 of Volume 68, number 248.

Or you can view it at: http://www.access.gop.gov .  Check the box for 1999,
and the box for Proposed Rules, then do a search on RSPA.  The second entry
was the  Federal Register in question.
