Re: I'm get tired of it too, but...

Bill,

What am I missing? What do you think "adjudication" means?

Bernie's statement says he requested "adjudication;" he "appealed!"

--I proposed a NAS study of my work, with me paying all of the
costs. I even got a letter of support for my proposal from a former
President of NAS. But I was turned down flat, with an explanation that
my work had been fully studied by BEIR-VI. ...

Clearly, on its face BEIR VI did NOT objectively nor substantively consider
Bernie's data, was NOT credible nor independent, did NOT consider
substantial confirmatory data, did NOT consider the comprehensive validation
by Colditz (1994) nor others who have evaluated Bernie's data, etc.
Bernie's appeal was rejected!

So now: How do YOU see this "adjudicated"? Is NAS the "supreme court" for
"science"? How do you "appeal"? What other adjudicators? (Or do you just
advocate "silence" and capitulate to such scientific misconduct?) If your
proposal is not implausible, I'm sure Bernie will objectively consider
it!? I'll consider it! and we'll get legal counsel to consider it! :-)
