Bravo!!  It is indeed refreshing to see a more rational and objective 
approach to the "Erin B." issue.  There must be some more substantial reason 
that a possible defendant ("the bad guy corporation") is willing to settle 
out of court for $330 million.  A heavy handed plaintiff attorney and a 
sympathetic jury cannot possibly strike such fear into a large corporation.  
And please ... do not mention the tobacco industry.  Tampering with a heavily 
addictive substance like nicotine is hardly "fault free."
