Radionuclides from Underground Nuclear Explosions

Dear RADSAFERs,

I attended a meeting of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organisation. It
was mentioned, that "Press reports indicate that radionuclides were
detected from the nuclear explosions on the Indian sub-Continent". 

Is there anybody who knows of the source where the measurements were made
and what has been detected? I am very sceptic to this message.
