A small vocal minority of you went out of your way to write harsh, hateful 
and inappropriate comments about sick workers and whistleblowers during 
working hours and post them to the Internet net.  To those comments, I 
responded.  Those few of you who posted such comments during the last three 
years should now apologize, show greater sensitivity, and learn and grow from 
the experience.  As Adlai Stevenson once said (when being spat upon by a 
Dallas mob in October 1963), "I believe in the forgiveness of sins and the 
redemption of ignorance."
