Re: Transplant organ vs. ionizing radiation question

I am not aware of any studies dealing with effects of
radiation in organ transplant recipients. There are not
enough recipients to produce reliable statistics.
Radiation effects from small doses are stochastic, with
very low probabilities of positive effects (the proverbial
one in a million).
