Note: confirm p53/apoptosis stimulated by low-dose UV combined with G1 phase
cell-cycle hold to remove cells w/ damaged DNA; and the loss of effect when
the cell is senescent. Combine with the role of LDR protecting cells against
'premature' senescence to dramatically reduce mid-life cancers.
