I am not able to gain access to the 1992 version of this document. Would
someone with a copy please give me a hand?

I'm looking for the Respirator Protection Factor and associated verbage in
Table 5 for an Air-line, continuous flow, helmet, hood, or suit, without
escape provisions respirator.
