Rad Shipment US to Sweden

A researcher wishes to ship a dry ice package containing 100uCi H-3
peptide (2ml volume) from her US lab to Sweden.  I'm guessing there are
two issues here- 1) proper shipping and 2) export-import concerns.

Never having attempted this before- can anyone get me started on either
issue?
