Re: Critics allege infant mortality rate

I understand there were some slight administrative mistakes.  One peer
reviewer thought it was sent to him for "pear" review and set it under some
fruit.  Another thought it was sent for "peel" review and set it out by the
compost heap.  A third thought it had been sent for "beer" review and he has
not yet responed.
