	Not everyone, but certainly a large majority.  Take Ontario Power's
(OPG) shutdown of Bruce 1-4.  OPG bought numerous home's in the area, and a
large majority of the people moved.  

	Most power plants were built in areas with low population (cheaper
property values, emergency response plans are a lot easier).

	No jobs - move.  After all it is about economics, you have to feed
your family, and if that is the major employer in the region and it shuts
down.......
