Re: USEC May Face NRC Enforcement Action Over Changes at Two Plants



I can understand why NRC would be the enforcer for criticality  and
radiation questions, but UF6 is chemically hazardous and very difficult to
handle.  Is OSHA the regulator for chemical stuff?
