ILOVEYOU virus/worm

Folks,

In order to fend off a meta-discussion on the "ILOVEYOU" message - yes,
it's probably another Microsoft Outlook/Exchange macro virus/worm.  At
least that's what it looks like after my 5 seconds or so of perusing the
code. 

Please do not discuss this issue on RADSAFE.  Check with your local mail
system administrator(s) if you have concerns.  Hopefully, the listserver
software has effectively munged the MIME headers so that it can't be
passed through the list.
