Mangano Study

Does anyone know where on the web I could get a copy of the Radiation
and Public Health Project's study of infant mortality rates around five
US nuclear power reactors authored by Joseph Mangano that was published
in Environmental Epidiemiology and Toxicology? That study supposedly
reports that infant mortality rates around five US nuclear power
reactors dropped almost immediately after the reactors closed. Our
local paper, the Coast News had a long article about this study in its
May 4, 2000 issue. The paper says: "While the study does not directly
link the cause of the decreased infant mortality rates to less
environmental exposure to radiation from power plants, some medical
experts say the study confirms a pattern that links radiation and
illness." Anyone know who those "experts" might be? Al Tschaeche
