One place you can find Part 20 is on the NRC's web site, at URL:
http://www.nrc.gov/NRC/CFR/PART020/index.html
(Which you can get to by going to the main NRC page, then the "Reference Library" than the section for "Title 10 of the CFR." This, or the direct URL above gets you to an index of section of Part 20, which includes Appendix A.
