Electronic Copies of 49 CFR

Radsafers,

I'm trying to locate an electronic copy of Title 49 of the CFR (Parts
100-199, 300-399).  The DOT website has it on-line but I need something more
practical and portable (CD-ROM, *.zip file format etc.).  I'm putting a
regulations binder together (120 copies total) and the cost of ordering
paper copies of the regs is too prohibitive.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
