DOE Construction & Restoration Projects

"The Construction and Restoration Projects" section of the DOE Radiological
Control Manual (Standard) has been removed.  

It was in the 1992 RCM but part 7 of chapter 3 is now listed as "Reserved".

Does anyone know why this part is no longer included and if the guidance on
use of respirators as a normal conduct of operation has been included
somewhere else.
