ANI Dosimetry Requirements

According to Jerre Forbes, ANI, there has been no change in the 
wording requiring the a primary and secondary requirement. It remains 
as it has for the past 5 or more years. Jerre has no draft or final 
document where the words "AT ALL TIMES" is included. Additional 
information on the actual document would be helpful.
