Warning Signs on mobile phones?

One of our more controversial scientists has, together with a polititian, 
written an article (8 June) in  which they suggest warning texts on mobile 
phones. The article can be found at www.aftonbladet.se (in Swedish, look for 
"Debatt" = debate). Reference is made to the recent study from U.K. A 
question is there for the public: "Should there be warning labels on mobile 
phones?".
