Nuclear Chicago has been out of business for a very long time.  The company 
was sold to Searle and was splintered and sold to many other 
companies.  For a while part of the company was called Amersham Searle  My 
guess is that the standards contain toluene and/or xylene.  You might want 
to call Amersham with the part number.
