Does anyone know of companies which sell complete irradiation systems?

Response:

The web site for J. L. Shepherd & Associates (http://www.jlshepherd.com/)
lists several types of irradiators, including research facility irradiators.
Although the site is under construction and there's no information there
yet, I would imagine that control systems, interlocks, etc. are included.
