Drexel and MCP Hahnemann Universities expect to have two 
positions to fill in the near future:

Position 1 - Assistant Radiation Safety Officer

The person in this position will be responsible for the day-to-day 
radiation safety operations at Drexel University, including:  
* ordering, receiving, and delivering radioactive materials 
* distributiing and collecting of radiation monitoring devices
* surveys and audits of laboratories
* handling radioactive waste

A candidate with university radiation safety experience is preferred.

Position 2 - Physicist Assistant

The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Health 
and Medical Physicists at MCP Hahnemann University and at 
TENET hospitals in Philadelphia.  Duties include:
* fluoroscopic output checks
* assist physicist with radiation safety and QC tests of x-ray 
producing equipment
* audit nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and research 
laboratories

Candidates with CNMT or ARRT certifications or a BS in a related 
field are preferred.  

The salary range for both positions is from the high 20's to low 30's.
