Looking for speakers

Radsafers:

UCLA presents monthly seminars to our rad users, for which they get training
credits. We like to alternate the seminars between basic radiation safety
topics and new and/or exiting topics of interest to typical university
researchers and clinicians. I am looking for speakers to fill 4-6 slots in
the next year for the latter type of topics.

The topics should have some relationship to radioactive material/radiation
use and be contemporary new product/new research/new technique information,
but not a sales pitch for a new product (the users really hate that). The
rad users at UCLA are bright people who like an in-depth technical
presentation. Typically we get vendors to give these kinds of talks, but
we are open to anyone who has new material or information that you would
like to share with researchers/clinicians. Unfortunately we do not normally
cover any speaker expenses, which is why vendors normally do it, because
they are willing to pick up the costs.

If you can and if you are interested in helping us out, please contact me
privately at the email or phone numbers below (do not reply through Radsafe
please).
