Re: German Greens urged to back nuclear deal

Green party was never against the use of radioactive substances in medicine
or any other practices in industry or agriculture, or even the use of
radiation in sterilization of medical products. They are against the Nuclear
Fuel Cycle and Waste other than the uses above mentioned. There are three R
in the atom world (Libby, 1958): Reactor, Radioisotope and Radiation, the
opposition of the Green Party is against Reactor, not against Radioisotope
or Radiation.

logical motive of the green party. With this in mind I pose this question.
If any of them were to need diagnostic testing using radioactive material,
or to remove tumorous tissue, would they refuse treatment, or if they did
not refuse, where would they acquire the the isotopes that they needed? It
Makes no sense to me.
