Whether or not there were 10 million, 20 million or 40 million curies 
released, the posting from Mr. Blanch ignores the simple facts that 
there was ample dosimetry in the area to measure any and all 
releases, survey teams in the area, etc. The data demonstrates that 
the estimated release was within statistical limits.
