Disposal of Pu-Be neuton howitzer?

Hello,

I'm looking for information on how to disposal of our Pu-Be 
neutron howitzer.  The manufacturer is Monsanto and is dated 11/8/63. 
It contains 32 grams of Pu-239.

Any information about disposal would be appreciated.
