RE: DOE Injury claims

Jerry,

DOE has established a Worker Advocacy Office which is supposed to assist
workers in making claims under the Federal Employees Compensation Act.
The DOE Workers' Compensation Helpline has a toll-free number (877)
447-9756. Information about the Energy Employees Occupational Illness
Initiative can also be found at
http://tis.eh.doe.gov/benefits/index.html

I hope your friend finds this helpful.

Regards,
Susan
