Re: Mislabeling
See 172.502 Prohibited and permissive placarding.
Much the same words as my previous note on labeling & marking, but one
(if interested) should read paragraph (a)(2) about signs or slogans
which might be confused with a placard, since this 'exception" is valid
only through October 1, 2001
It is also "of interest" that placarding for a hazardous material may be
displayed, even if it is not required by the reg's, as long as the other
placarding requirements are met. (See para. (c) Permisssive placarding)
