Entry level position

Rutgers Environmental Health and Safety (REHS) is seeking 
applicants for an excellent entry level position in Radiation Safety.  
The position will report directly to the University Health Physicist.  

Requirements include a B.S. degree, an interest in Radiation 
Safety/Health Physics and the ability to obtain a valid NJ 
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a hazardous materials 
endorsement. (written test only)  Rutgers University is located in 
Central New Jersey and is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Employment

Main responsibilities may include but are not limited to: calibration of
radiation detection instruments, supervision of the delivery of
radioactive materials to University laboratories, assisting with the
radiation dosimetry program, assisting with the radioactive materials
inventory program and data entry.  

$29,484 starting salary.  35 hrs/wk, 100% tuition remission for 
graduate work, excellent benefits and opportunity for advancement.
