See this part?  This is chain mail/a homemade email virus.  This thread has 
come up before and will likely come up again.  No offense intended Bob.

I do, however, recall a proposal that the US postal service wants to make 
email service available to everyone in the country even if he/she does not 
have a computer.  One would simply pay a modest fee for the service.  In 
exchange for the fee, the individual can have the email printed out  at the 
post office and have it delivered as normal snail mail, or one could go to 
the post office to pick it up.  This of course would not recover all of the 
revenue lost to email, but it might recover some of the costs.  Anyone else 
also hear this?
